About Grace Christian School

A Christian education positively impacts a student for the entirety of their lives! At Grace Christian School, we emphasize providing a challenging yet stimulating Christian curriculum and an abundance of fine arts, and extracurricular activities, all while keeping God at the center of it all.

Students of GCS feel pride for their school long after they have graduated, and many come back as alumni for events or even to serve as a teacher. Families in Huntington, WV, are blessed to have Grace Gospel Church and Grace Christian School available to provide a Christ-centered community.

The Philosophy of a Christian Education

We believe that all educational experiences are religious in nature because every experience must deal with the ultimate values and beliefs of the culture in which it exists and the controlling body under which it operates. This has served as the basis for building the educational program at Grace Christian School: The Person of God, The Priority of God’s Word, and The Properties of the Child.
